This morning many friends and family gathered to run/walk in support of my cousin, Ric, who is BEATING the HELL OUTTA Cancer. We were one of the biggest groups - if not the biggest - & had the best shirts ever!!!

Spring Break

Well, my spring break really consisted of no boyfriend (he was on & still is on business), working, putting together our school yearbook (editing & finishing my pages because I have been helping everyone else - 3 full days of my break!!!), and helped my best friend throw my nephew his 4th birthday party!!!

Even though I have worked and stressed over what has to get done before the end of the school year, it has been a relaxing week!!! A secret that is helping my stress not take over my entire being... MY STUDENT TEACHER IS IN FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE NEXT 2 WEEKS!!! Jessica is amazing and wonderful & I am going to get so much done!!! (knock on wood!!)

T's birthday was on March 1 & Mine was on March 5... So, at our house, we have a huge birthday week!!!! Here are some pics of our week:):)

T told me just before Christmas that he wanted a flag that has been flown over the capitol during the Bush term. I ordered it, but didn't know if it would happen with such short notice. Sure enough, about a month ago, I got the flag in the mail. It had been flown over the capitol on January 17 - WHEW!!! that was a close call.

For our birthdays, Kimmie & Joe got us a gift certificate to the Republic, a very nice steak house in CS. To add to it, I got T an additional gift certificate there too. We are going to eat VERY WELL!!!!

NOW IT IS MY BIRTHDAY!!!!!

Thorin showed up with BEAUTIFUL flowers! He is so amazing (even though he said that he beat some guy up in the parking lot for them).

When we got home, I had 2 more beautiful bouquets of flowers & tickets to see Wizard of Oz in April.

Now, T is in Minnesota to finish out his birthday week by participating in the Polar Plunge with one of his best friends. As for me, I went to watch the Aggies play baseball & I am off to visit family:)

Mom, Dad, Kimmie, Joe, Thorin, & I went to Vegas in February. It was awesome!!!!

Funnies!!!!!

So, one of my kiddos is hilarious!!!!!!!!!! I laugh with him all day long! He is so sweet and animated and just cracks me up!!!



Well, Thursday, he comes in from PE telling me he was sick and wants to go home (he is also signing to me). After lots of questioning of what actually hurts and why he wants to go home, he reasures me that he is sick and wants to go home because he has HICCUPS:):):):) When asked to demonstrate his hiccups so we can find out "what kind" he has so we know how to treat it, J jumps in the air with a HUGE FAKE hiccup:):) We all started rolling!!!!!

Then on Friday, while J is sitting in his favorite chair, he started to tell me how much his tummy hurt and that he needed to go to the doctor. I, of course, asked what was wrong in his tummy. J pointed to his tummy & responded with a straight face, "BABY".
"Oh, J has a baby in his belly and it is making his tummy hurt and he wants to go to the dr."
I then asked what the dr was going to do if J got to go... J said, "P-U-S-H!!!!"

Oh my... I have rolled and rolled!!!!!!

Today, when J got to school, I asked him about the baby in his tummy. He informed me that they were not there anymore. Mo - "You had the baby? What did you have". J-"boygirl". Mo- "You had a boygirl?" J-" Boy & Girl" Mo- "Oh, J had 2 babies?!?" J- "yes" Mo-"what did you name them?" J - "Gorilla & Mavel"....

Out of the mouth of babes.... I LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
